How should I choose the right rug size? I don't really have a sense of dimensions, and I'm planning to give it to a friend as a gift.

You can think of these as small, medium, and large sizes. For cats or small dogs (under 12 kg), the Round 30" x 30" is a great choice—it works well on chairs, in entryways, or as a dedicated pet spot. For medium-sized dogs, the Round 40" x 40" is suitable for living rooms or a pet corner by the window. For large dogs or multi-cat households, the Round 47" x 47" is ideal; it is even large enough for humans to use for lounging.

Can I upload photos of pets other than cats and dogs?

Yes, that is possible. While we cannot guarantee meeting your requirements on the very first attempt, we offer unlimited previews and revisions, refining the design until you are completely satisfied. Only then will we proceed with printing and shipping the final product to you.

I have already made the payment, but I am not satisfied with the designs you created. Can I get a refund? How long does the refund process take?

If during the design process, there are aspects you cannot accept or the results do not meet your satisfaction, we will refund your payment unconditionally. The refund process takes 1–2 business days to complete.

I didn't quite understand the pricing for your bundle—is it cheaper than buying the items individually? How much cheaper is it?

To begin with, the pricing is based on the smallest size; if you select the small size, there will generally be no additional charges. Prices for medium or large sizes are calculated by adding a premium to the base price of the small size. Purchasing a set is definitely much more cost-effective than buying items individually—you will save at least $30.

Are there any additional costs involved from placing the order and revising the design to the final shipment?

Our pricing is transparent, and all costs are clearly visible to you, though the exact total will be shown on the final bill. No additional fees are added during the design process. Our charges consist solely of the product cost plus shipping fees (or free shipping if a certain order value is reached); there are no other costs.
