CARING FOR YOUR ZALORAROS PIECES

Your Zaloraros accessories are designed to add personality to the pieces you carry every day. A little extra care will help preserve their shape, color, finish, and details for longer.

Please follow the care recommendations below according to the type of accessory.

BAG CHARMS & KEYCHAINS
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after use.
Avoid prolonged contact with water, rain, sweat, perfume, lotion, alcohol, and household chemicals.
Keep metal hardware away from moisture to help reduce tarnishing and discoloration.
Avoid pulling, twisting, or placing excessive weight on decorative charms.
Remove charms before cleaning the bag they are attached to.
When not in use, store separately to help prevent scratching or tangling.

BAG STRAPS
Avoid overloading the strap beyond normal everyday use.
Keep straps away from sharp objects and rough surfaces that may cause abrasion.
For fabric straps, gently spot-clean with a soft damp cloth when necessary.
Do not machine wash unless specifically stated on the product page.
Allow the strap to air dry naturally and keep away from direct heat.
Check clasps and adjustment hardware regularly before use.

TWILLIES & FABRIC ACCESSORIES
Handle gently to help maintain the shape and finish of the fabric.
Avoid direct contact with perfume, makeup, oils, and hand cream.
Spot-clean only when necessary using a soft cloth and mild cleaning solution suitable for the material.
Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals.
Do not wring or twist the fabric.
Store flat or loosely rolled in a cool, dry place.
Avoid prolonged exposure to strong sunlight, which may gradually affect color.

Keep away from water, perfume, sweat, cosmetics, and cleaning products.

Store chains separately to reduce tangling and friction.
Do not pull heavily on decorative chains or pearl details.

Check the attachment point, cord, clasp, and connector before each use.
Avoid sudden pulling, excessive weight, or strong impact.
Keep beaded and decorative pieces away from hard surfaces to reduce chipping or scratching.
Clean gently with a soft dry cloth.
Do not soak in water or wash in a washing machine.

Phone charms and straps are decorative accessories and should not be relied upon as guaranteed protection against dropping or damaging your device.

STORAGE

To help keep your accessories looking their best:

Keep away from prolonged sunlight, humidity, and heat.
Store delicate pieces individually where possible.
Avoid placing heavy objects on top of charms, straps, or fabric accessories.
Make sure accessories are clean and dry before storing them.

Bleach, alcohol, and harsh chemical cleaners;
Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight;
Excessive pulling or heavy loads;
Contact with perfume, lotions, cosmetics, and household chemicals.

NATURAL WEAR

With regular use, decorative hardware, plating, pearls, beads, fabrics, and other materials may gradually show subtle signs of wear.

Minor changes in texture, finish, or color over time can occur naturally and do not necessarily indicate a product defect.

Proper care and storage can help extend the appearance and life of your Zaloraros pieces.
