Customized products require 5–7 days for production after the final design is confirmed, while non-customized products are shipped within 1–2 days of receiving the order.
North America (USA, Canada)
We expect your order to arrive within 2–3 weeks of your final portrait design confirmation. During peak holiday periods, delivery times may be extended to up to 3 weeks.
Europe and Australia
Your order is expected to arrive within two weeks of your final portrait design confirmation. During peak holiday periods, delivery times may be extended to up to 4 weeks.
Asia (Japan, South Korea)
Your order is expected to arrive within one week of your final portrait design confirmation. During peak holiday periods, delivery times may be extended to up to 10 days.
Middle East (Saudi Arabia, UAE)
We expect your order to arrive within 2–3 weeks of your final portrait design confirmation. During peak holiday periods, delivery times may be extended to up to 3 weeks.
Shipping Costs
Free worldwide shipping is available for all orders over $50.
Important Notice
Any updates or changes to the shipping address must be made within 30 minutes of purchase. Please check your confirmation email and contact us immediately if any changes are required.
We offer a "Priority Creation" service. By selecting this option, your pet's photo is prioritized for our art team, thereby accelerating the creation process of your artwork. Please note that this service does not expedite the actual shipping or delivery time.
We cannot accept requests to replace or edit photos that have already been submitted with an order.
We are unable to ship to military addresses. If a military address is provided at checkout, we will contact you via email to request an alternative shipping address. If the shipping cost for the new address is lower than what was originally paid, we will invoice you for the difference and process your order immediately upon receipt of payment.

Customized Items: As these personalized products cannot be resold, all sales are considered final once production begins; returns are not accepted.
However, your satisfaction is our top priority! Here is how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds:
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or if we made a mistake (e.g., incorrect size or wrong background color), please contact us at support@zaloraros.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number, clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item, and a brief description of the issue.
Our Solution: We will immediately provide a free replacement or a full refund—and you won't need to send the original item back!
Non-customized items: We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. Please refer to our return and exchange policy for specific requirements and conditions.
