Changes or cancellations may only be possible before production begins and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping time varies depending on the destination country, delivery address, selected shipping method, local carrier and customs processing.
Delivery begins after personalization and production are complete. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is provided by the carrier and is not a guaranteed arrival date.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Because personalized items are created specifically for you and cannot be resold, they are considered final sale once the customization details have been confirmed and production has begun.
After production begins, we cannot accept cancellations, returns or exchanges due to:

Customer-submitted spelling or image errors
Incorrect size, color or design selection
An event date being missed due to an order being placed too late

If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from the confirmed customization details due to an error on our part, please contact our customer service team with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Store clean and dry between celebrations.
